Within the scope of Digital Transformation and Sustainability targets, an umbrella system has been developed (Limak Framework) that can be used in all subsidiaries, collecting the products that have been previously put into use and are being developed in a central Identity and Access Management System, and the development of software that produces modern solutions for sectoral needs has continued on this system. In 2022, dynamic data collection subsystems that can be used in different areas such as Online Learning Management System, Employee Skills Inventory, Application Evaluation, Training Evaluation, OHS and Environmental applications, and applications such as Real Estate Management System, Global Project Tracking System, Vehicle and Task Management System have been developed and have reached the stage of being put into use. In addition to the improvement of operational processes, studies have continued for the effective management of corporate memory and the production of data sets, which are the most important component of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, within Limak.
In addition, efforts to integrate digital processes and strengthen decision support mechanisms by diversifying, enriching and increasing access to data are being carried out without interruption.

As of 2021, the infrastructure systems being operated in the cloud environment are being expanded with a focus on performance and security. Infrastructure resources, which have gained a constantly growing structure with the increase in service diversity, are modernized with the integration of new technologies and products. In this direction, segmentation, certification, monitoring/alerting structures, backup works were carried out on the data center side, and pioneering steps were taken to establish a business continuity structure.

At the point of network and internet access, SD-WAN technology was started to be used starting from the end units. In this way, manageability and traceability have been increased, traffic shaping skills have been gained, and structures specific to location-based needs have started to be used.

Regarding information security and documentation; Inventory, improvement, tightening and auditing activities such as inventory, improvement, tightening and audits are carried out throughout the year in line with the directives, guidelines and requirements of our government agencies such as KVKK, BTK, EPDK, DDO, USOM, which regulate and monitor the IT sector.

We have been involved in the design, procurement, installation and management phases of new construction site infrastructures, and we have worked to ensure that the hardware, software and know-how of the closed locations are properly utilized. In addition, thousands of requests and questions about information technologies were answered by all our users from our head office to our most remote construction site.
